Telemax news anchor Farah Menard has died in a car accident

Former Telemax news anchor Farah Menard has died in a car accident today on her way back from Cabaret. The vehicle she was driving was unrecognizable as a result of the impact, witnesses said. She was 47 years old. [Watch a video report of the accident]

Born June 21, 1964, Farah Menard was also an actress in the Haitian hit movie VIP released in 2004. VIP was directed by Reginald Lubin and starred Smoye Noisy (as Didier Delarue), Farah Menard and Alessandra Lemoine (as Daphnée Laurent).
