Haitian-Japanese tennis player, Naomi Osaka, was honored with her first Barbie Doll, joining the group of powerful and inspiring women who are already part of Barbie‚Äôs “Sheroes” initiative. The new “Shero” collection was announced in honor of International Women’s Day and the company’s 60th birthday.

The 21-year-old told PEOPLE, “I’ve played with Barbies when I was a kid, and I thinks it’s a bit of surreal experience to have the opportunity to have a Barbie that looks like me. I hope that girls feel inspired and I hope they somehow see a lot of possibilities when they look at all the dolls.” – Naomi Osaka

According to a news release, Barbie will donate one dollar for every doll sold in the United States between March 6 and 11 to the brand’s Dream Gap initiative, which aims to increase awareness of factors that prevent girls from reaching their full potential.

Osaka is donating her Barbie partnership fee to the IOA center, an elementary school that her father helped build in Haiti.
