Haitian-American singer-songwriter Jason Derulo will make his feature acting debut with Cats, an adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical. Derulo will play the character of Rum Tum Tugger.
Cats stars James Corden, Judi Dench, Jason Derulo, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Ian McKellen, Taylor Swift, Rebel Wilson, and also introduces Francesca Hayward in her first feature-length film role.
‘Cats’ is scheduled for release on December 20, 2019, by Universal Pictures.
